The agreement between Meet Recovery and you
The short version: Meet Recovery is a wellness app, not medical treatment. Bodi is a supportive companion, not a therapist. Use the app honestly. We protect your privacy and will do right by you. If something is seriously wrong, please call 988 or 911.
By using Meet Recovery, you agree to these Terms. Meet Recovery LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Meet Recovery is a wellness application. It is not a medical device, clinical treatment program, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Bodi is an AI companion — not a licensed therapist or medical professional. The content in Meet Recovery is educational and supportive, not medical advice.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Meet Recovery. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Use Meet Recovery only for its intended purpose — supporting your mental health and recovery journey. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harm others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
Our community features are built on mutual respect. Harassment, judgment, or content that demeans anyone's recovery journey is not permitted and may result in account termination.
You retain ownership of everything you create within Meet Recovery — your journal entries, Dream Board, and personal information are yours. We use your content solely to provide the Service to you and will never use it for advertising or share it with third parties without your consent.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google's refund policies. For questions about billing, contact us.

All content and materials are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.
Beta testers understand the app is in active development and may contain bugs. Features may change during the beta period. You agree not to publicly disclose unreleased features without permission.
The Service is provided "as is." Meet Recovery LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
